What started as a way to provide for our own family has grown into a passion for sharing responsibly raised food, protecting a rare New Mexico heritage breed, and stewarding the land for generations to come. Every animal we raise and every decision we make reflects our dedication to quality, transparency, and the traditions of ranching in the Southwest.
